ace-jax-coupling licence
========================

ace-jax-coupling's own code (the `ace_jax_coupling` Python package and the Julia
C-ABI shim compiled into `libetcouple`, both part of ace-jax) and
EquivariantTensors.jl, compiled into `libetcouple`, are MIT-licensed. The ace-jax
licence is below; EquivariantTensors.jl's is in `licenses/EquivariantTensors.txt`.

The binary wheels also bundle the Julia runtime and the third-party shared
libraries it loads, each under its own licence: MIT, BSD-2-Clause, BSD-3-Clause,
ISC, Zlib, LGPL-2.1-or-later and LGPL-3.0-or-later (each LGPL library is a
separate, replaceable shared library), and the GCC runtime under GPL-3.0-or-later
WITH GCC-exception-3.1. `THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md` lists every bundled component,
and `licenses/` holds their full texts. No GPL-only code is bundled: the GPL
SuiteSparse modules are replaced by empty placeholders.
